Ken Leung

Ken Leung is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at BTSE since March 2024, Ken develops and executes recruitment strategies to facilitate global growth. Previously, Ken held key roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead at OKX, overseeing the Hong Kong Talent Acquisition team, and Talent Acquisition Manager at GLG, focusing on APAC recruitment. Ken's experience includes managing in-house talent acquisition for New World Development Company Limited and serving as a Specialist Recruiter at HSBC and a Recruitment Partner at QBE Insurance. Ken began a career in finance as a Business Analyst and Information Specialist at UBS Investment Bank, following a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
