Serena Zhang

Serena Zhang is a marketing professional with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Marketing at BTSE since November 2023, Serena previously held the position of Head Of Marketing at ChainUp Technology, overseeing global branding and performance marketing activities. Prior roles include Head of Digital Marketing at Huobi Global, where management of a team across multiple locations was key, and Senior Sales Manager at iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited. Additional experience includes Channel & New Biz Sales Manager at Clear Channel Singapore and Account Manager at SMRT Corporation. Early in the career at Singapore Press Holdings, Serena exceeded sales targets and built strong client relationships. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Tourism and Hotel Management from Griffith University, along with studies at Temasek Polytechnic and Japanese language schools.
