Gongjing Cao

Gongjing Cao is an accomplished engineering manager with a strong background in software engineering and machine learning. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Bubble since April 2024, Gongjing previously held the role of Senior Engineering Manager at Invitae from September 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the upgrade of the data platform utilizing advanced technologies. Prior to that, Gongjing was a Technical Manager at Ciitizen, acquired by Invitae, managing teams to develop an unstructured data pipeline and monitoring tools. Experience also includes serving as Tech Lead and Software Engineer at Quisk, Inc., where upgrades to the Audit Log Framework were implemented, and as a Senior Software Engineer at eBay, focusing on risk decision services. Gongjing holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida International University and two Master of Engineering degrees in Information System Engineering from the National University of Defense Technology.
