Buckner International
Alan Paul has a diverse work experience in the field of art and design that spans over 30 years (He keeps telling himself he ain't old!). Alan started his career as a Graphic Designer at Studio Graphics in Bentonville, Arkansas, where he worked on notable accounts such as Daisy Manufacturing and Walmart.
Alan then moved on to The Marketing Continuum in Dallas, TX as an Art Director before starting his own design studio, APCREATIVE DESIGN & CREATIVE SERVICES. He managed various projects for clients including Sam Adams, Smirnoff, Nokia, NEC, RealPage, and Dr. Pepper. He still operates his studio, primarily serving non-profit organizations such as Texans On Mission (formerly Texas Baptist men), Sharing Life Community Outreach, Thrive Womens Clinic and Literacy Achieves.
Currently, he is serving as a Senior Art Director at Buckner International, overseeing the conceptualization, design, and production of print promotional materials for the organization's global ministries. Additionally, Alan is responsible for the direction of all print collateral, the website and social media graphics. He supervises graphic designers, printers and freelance artists.
Alan attended Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1990. During this time, he earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in Graphic Design.
