Buckner International
Albert Reyes serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Buckner International, overseeing multiple affiliated organizations dedicated to vulnerable populations, including children and families. As an Official Member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council since August 2018, expertise includes social services related to orphans, families, and senior living both in Texas and internationally. Previous leadership roles include president of Buckner International and Buckner Children and Family Services, as well as president of Baptist University of the Americas, where significant advancements in accreditation and campus development were achieved. Early career experiences include founding a church, serving as a U.S. Army Chaplain, managing a national service center for Sprint, and holding various pastoral positions. Albert Reyes holds a PhD in Global Leadership and various degrees in theology and management from recognized institutions, including Andrews University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
