Randy Daniels has a long history of work experience in the non-profit sector. Randy began their career in 1991 at BUCKNER CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES INC, serving as the Executive/Regional Director for East & Southeast Texas until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they held the position of Director of National Operations at the same organization. In 2005, Randy joined Buckner International, where they started as the Vice-President of International Program Development & Strategic Relations. Randy was responsible for overseeing international operations, government relations, strategic relations, and program development, with a primary focus on Africa and the Middle East. In 2020, Randy was promoted to Vice President of Government Relations & Business Development at Buckner International.
Randy Daniels pursued their Master's degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University from 1988 to 1991.
