Shelly Nixon possesses extensive experience in administration and public service, currently serving as the Manager of Administration at Buckner International since November 2017, where responsibilities include organizing and coordinating operations for Aid, Missions, and Camp Buckner. Previous roles include Coordinator III in the Housing Department for the City of Dallas, focusing on community block grant programs, and various positions within Child Protective Services and correctional facilities, where Shelly developed service plans and assessed needs for both children and offenders. Shelly Nixon holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
