Shelly Smith

Shelly Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Supervisor/Probation Officer for the Gregg County Juvenile Probation Department until 2010. Following this, they joined Ricoh Americas Corporation as an Account Executive for three years. In 2013, Smith became the Executive Director of East Texas CASA, a non-profit organization advocating for abused and neglected children.
