Brad Tombling started their work experience in 2011 at Places for People Leisure, where they held various roles including Sales Manager and Trainer Assessor. In 2014, they joined Lifetime Training as a Regional Trainer and later became an Area Manager - Commercial Fitness, responsible for leading a national team. Brad then worked at Wiltshire College as a Performance Manager, overseeing the apprenticeship journey across multiple sectors. Currently, Brad is the Chief Operating Officer at Bud Systems, where they previously held roles such as Customer Success Director and Head of Customer Success. In their previous role as Delivery Consultant at Bud Systems, they worked closely with clients to demonstrate how the platform could address industry challenges.
Brad Tombling attended the University of Bath from 2008 to 2011, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Performance.
