Buehler
Gillian Montgomery, S.E. is an Associate Principal at Buehler since July 2011, overseeing building design, renovation, and retrofit projects with a focus on special seismic certification and design of non-structural components. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Structural Engineers Association of Central California (SEAOCC) since August 2023, Gillian previously worked as a Student Assistant at the California Environmental Protection Agency from January 2008 to September 2010, where responsibilities included assisting with Water Quality Certification and the Municipal Stormwater Unit. Additionally, Gillian supported a Seismic Workshop at California State University, Sacramento in August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University (2010-2011) and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento (2005-2010).
