The Governance and Oversight team at the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and strategic direction within the organization. Comprised of key board members, including the President & Executive Director and various Trustees, the team oversees organizational policies, financial stewardship, and community engagement, working to uphold the orchestra’s mission and enhance its cultural impact.
