Tracy Bayer

Tracy Bayer has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Bühler Group since September 2017, following a role as Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes Director of Human Resources at Miller Milling Company, where leadership involved developing HR strategies to support business objectives across multiple mills. Previous roles include Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager at Graco, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and HR policy implementation, and Regional Recruiting Manager at G&K Services, focusing on recruitment in the Upper Midwest. Tracy's career began as a Staffing Specialist at Ecolab and also included a Program Manager position at BestPrep. Tracy holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources from Concordia College and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
