Colleen Draper

Colleen Draper is an experienced retail and operations professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as the Retail & Operations Director for Build-A-Bear Workshop in Europe and the UK since May 2017, Colleen has simultaneously held the position of Company Secretary at Gap Guitars since November 2011. Previous roles include Retail Director at Bravissimo and Retail & Operations Consultant at DeMontfort Fine Art, along with significant leadership positions at learndirect Limited, Carphone Warehouse, Mamas and Papas, Hamleys of London, and John Lewis. Colleen is also pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Roehampton, expected to be completed in June 2025.
