Rosalind Johnson

Rosalind (Roz) Johnson is an experienced retail executive with a substantial background in operations and guest experience management. Currently serving as the SVP, Chief People Officer at Build-A-Bear Workshop since July 2015, Rosalind is tasked with developing collaborative teams and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance both guest and associate experiences. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Store Operations at Scrubs & Beyond, LLC, where Rosalind led over 150 retail units and held full P&L responsibility. At American Eagle Outfitters, Rosalind held multiple positions, including Vice President of Stores-aerie US, managing a $150M organization, and delivering significant sales growth in a large regional portfolio. Rosalind’s career began at Gap Inc. as a Regional Manager, culminating in a robust foundation in retail leadership and operations.
