Anna Pavan is a distinguished engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and project leadership. Currently serving as the Leader Engineer for Latin America at Build Change since November 2016, Anna previously worked for Arup from 2007 to 2016, where roles included Senior Structural Engineer and Site Engineer. During tenure at Arup, Anna contributed to a variety of multidisciplinary projects, gaining expertise in diverse materials and design stages. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Seismic Engineering from ROSE School in Italy and a Master's Degree in Building Engineering and Architecture from Università di Pavia.
