Paul Witter

Paul Witter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Build Concierge since January 2025. Prior roles include Head of Finance, Commercial and Partnerships, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Network Managing Director at BigChange from June 2019 to January 2025. Paul has a strong background in leadership positions, having served as Group Managing Director at TECS Group, Operations Director at Bilfinger Europa Facility Management, and Regional Operations Director at Europa Technical Services limited, among others. Paul's career began as Operations Manager at SES Building Repairs & Disaster Management Ltd in 2001, following education at Risingbrook High School in Stafford.
