Xavier Triplett has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2016 when they were a Summer Intern at Sumerra. In 2017, they worked as a Part-Time Associate at Amazon, where they scanned inventory, sorted, transported and loaded shipments. In 2018, they worked as a Lab Assistant at Linfield Coll and as a Junior Software Engineer at Buildable Custom Software & Web Design. In 2020, they worked as a Wine Bottler at Express Employment Professionals - McMinnville, OR and as a Junior Software Engineer, Software Engineering Team Lead, and Software Engineering Manager at Buildable Custom Software.

Xavier Triplett graduated from Linfield University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science. Xavier attended the university from 2016 to 2020.
