Jay Allen

Jay Allen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in ecommerce, marketing, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating & Integration Officer at BuildDirect since April 2023, Jay oversees marketing, sales, IT, supply chain/sourcing, and operations while integrating new acquisitions. Previously, Jay revitalized the ecommerce business at BuildDirect.com, and held senior roles at Phoenix Direct, Plum, Progressive Lighting, INVISTA, and Starbucks, among others. With a strong academic background including an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University, Jay has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive growth and digital transformation in competitive markets.
