Josh Craig

Josh Craig is a seasoned executive in the financial sector with experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Co-President at Builders Capital since August 2022, Josh previously held leadership roles at Lima One Capital, where responsibilities included Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer from January 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Josh was with Finance of America Commercial from October 2015 to January 2020 as VP of Strategy & Sales and Program Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Wholesale Lending. Josh's career began at Wells Fargo, where a variety of strategic and managerial roles were held from May 2010 to October 2015. Academic credentials include an MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Minor in Economics from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
