Keith Hefner has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Keith started their career in the US Air Force as an Electronics Technician and Instructor, serving from September 1979 to July 1988. Keith then joined GE as a Line Supervisor in 1988, before moving on to become a Service Manager at Phillips Consumer Electronics from July 1990 to July 1994. Keith's career then took him to Hitachi Consumer Electronics, where they started as the Manager of Factory Service and later became the Network Manager, overseeing the transition from an AS400 terminal network to an Intel-based network. From 1998 to 2005, Keith worked as an IT Manager at Infinity Property and Casualty Company, which was formed through mergers with Atlanta Casualty and Windsor Group. Keith most recently served as the Director of IT Operations at Builders Insurance Group, a position they began in January 2006.
Keith Hefner attended Doyle High School from 1975 to 1979, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 1983 to 1986, they attended the Community College of the Air Force and earned an Associate of Science degree in Management.
