Noelle Laing

Noelle Laing, CFA, serves as a Lecturer in ESG and Impact Investing at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at Builders Vision and Builders Initiative. In addition, Laing contributes as a Board Member for the Foundation for Energy Security and Innovation and Evergreen Climate Innovations, and holds a role on the LP Advisory Council at Impact Capital Managers. Laing is also an Advisory Board Member at Impact Engine and a member of Chief, an organization focused on empowering women leaders. Previous experience includes Managing Director of Impact Investing at Builders Asset Management and Impact Investing Manager at a Family Office, along with a significant tenure as Managing Director of Mission-Related Investing at Cambridge Associates. Laing earned a B.S. in Math from St. Lawrence University.
