Kevin Carbonnier serves as the Market Intelligence Manager at the Building Decarbonization Coalition since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in building energy efficiency and sustainability. Previously, Kevin held various roles at the New Buildings Institute from September 2015 to April 2024, including Associate Technical Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing a database of net zero energy buildings, conducting research and technical writing, analyzing building performance, and developing metrics for sustainable building growth. Prior to that, Kevin worked as a Project Engineer at Johnson Barrow Inc., focusing on equipment proposals and marketing literature. Educational credentials include a PhD in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and a BS in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
