Tom Sullivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and operational leadership within the technology and engineering sectors. Serving as Chief Operating Officer at Building Momentum since September 2016, Tom has held multiple roles including Senior Director of Training and Director of Training, where responsibilities included managing training initiatives, conducting over 50 Innovation Boot Camp sessions, and supporting the U.S. Department of Defense with training for servicemembers. Prior to Building Momentum, Tom worked at TechShop, Inc., providing consultancy and instruction on workshop equipment, successfully training over 1,000 clients. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design from the University of the West of England.
