Michael Brockway has been in the workforce since 2009, when they joined the US Army as a Combat Engineer. In 2012, they began working for Hampton as a Hospitality employee and for Upgrade Printing as a Shop Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Assistant Manager Customer Service at TechRabbit, and also worked as a Central Station Operator for Monitor America, LLC, where they were responsible for the security and well being of over 100 locations around the U.S. In 2018, they became a Technical Support Specialist at BuildingLink.
Michael Brockway attended Lincoln Tech from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Michael also obtained an A Plus Certification and Net Plus Certification from Lincoln Tech in the field of Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained an A Plus certification from CompTIA.
