Stephanie Baum

Stephanie Baum has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2009 with a role as a Program Analyst at the District of Columbia Department of Parks and Recreation. In 2010, they became a Primary Counselor at the Dale House Project. In 2011, they were promoted to Team Leader at the same organization. From 2013-2014, they worked as a Community Outreach at the Southeast White House. In 2014, they became a Consultant at Boys Town. From 2016-2017, Stephanie worked at the Maya Angelou Schools/See Forever Foundation as a Social and Emotional Learning. In 2016, they joined Phone2Action as a Project Manager, and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and then Director of Customer Success. In 2021, Stephanie began working at BuildWithin as a Director.

Stephanie Baum earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009. Stephanie then earned a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Clinical/Medical Social Work from The Catholic University of America in 2018.
