Kate O'Neill

Kate O'Neill is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Built In since January 2024. As a Founding Member of Chief, initiated in January 2020, Kate contributes to empowering women in leadership positions. Prior to these roles, Kate was the Chief Financial and People Officer at SilkRoad Technology from January 2019 to January 2024, where significant achievements included leading M&A activities and the sale of the business. Additional experience includes tenure as the Director of Finance at FTD, and roles as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller at Rangespan, acquired by Google. Kate holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
