Juan Pablo Lavín has extensive experience in the field of engineering, having worked as a Staff Engineer, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and Software Engineer at companies such as Buk, Acid Labs, and Desafío Latam. Prior to their career in engineering, Juan Pablo also held teaching positions at Desafío Latam, serving as a Teacher and Teaching Assistant. Juan Pablo Lavín completed their Tecnicatura degree in Técnico en Informática from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria in 2018-2020, following their previous education at the same institution from 2014-2016.
