Aliu Adenike is a seasoned professional in the culinary training and production sector, presently serving as the Recipe Compliance and Production Manager at Bukka Hut since May 2023. Prior to this role, Aliu worked at Food Concepts PLC from June 2020 to April 2023 as a Training and Development Associate, where significant contributions included developing training needs for eight factories across Nigeria and introducing new recipes. Aliu also served as Lead Instructor at Nickky Catering Institute from November 2016 to October 2019, achieving high attendance and the production of numerous successful graduates in baking and pastry arts. Earlier experience includes instruction at HABSEF Catering School from January 2010 to December 2012, marked by outstanding learner engagement and assessment performance. Aliu holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology Education from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Bukka Hut Restaurant is also famed for its premium Ram Suya, Moi Moi and Ofada sauce. With a staff force of over 700 committed employees, plans are underway to expand rapidly to all urban cities in Nigeria and abroad in the next few years.
