Bukka Hut, was founded in July 2011 with the goal of ensuring that lovers of Nigerian delicacies enjoy their favourite dishes in a relaxed and hygienic environment while still maintaining the ‘buka’ (a local eating spot synonymous with Nigeria) appeal. Bukka Hut opened the doors of its first restaurant outlet to customers on 01 August 2011. Today, the brand boasts 25 operational outlets in Lagos comprising 16 restaurants, 4 Lounges, 5 Suya & Grills Spots, a snacks brand (Hut Chops), and a learning facility (BH Academy), with plans of expanding in more states in Nigeria and internationally. Bukka Hut Restaurant is also famed for its premium Ram Suya, Moi Moi and Ofada sauce. With a staff force of over 700 committed employees, plans are underway to expand rapidly to all urban cities in Nigeria and abroad in the next few years.
