Mikhail Tolkachev is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Creative Development Chef at Bulldozer Group since April 2024, Mikhail has successfully launched multiple restaurants, including La Baia Dubai and Frou in Dubai, as well as the ALBA restaurant in London. Previously, Mikhail held the position of Executive Chef at FIVE Hotels and Resorts, where significant achievements included being shortlisted for Hotel Executive Chef of the Year at the Caterer Middle East Awards 2022 and recognition as one of the Top 10 most influential Executive Chefs in the Middle East. Mikhail's culinary expertise is complemented by a Bachelor of Culinary Management from the Institute of Economics and Culture in Moscow and a specialized self-study program in Multi-Sensory Dining from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. With a strong focus on zero waste and high food quality, Mikhail has developed a diverse skill set throughout a career that includes leadership roles in renowned establishments such as The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow, and Radisson Royal Hotel, Moscow.
