Matthew Dahlberg

Matthew Dahlberg is an accomplished technical support professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Bullhorn since March 2018. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Support Engineering, Matthew oversees a team of 8-9 engineers and drives operational efficiency through strategic collaboration and implementation of technology solutions. Previous positions include Supervisor of Enterprise Support and Technical Support, where Matthew demonstrated data-driven performance management and achieved commendable team success rates. Prior to Bullhorn, Matthew held roles in education and community service, including as a Teacher Trainer for the Peace Corps and a Corps Member for AmeriCorps. Matthew holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Minnesota.
