Meredith Hearn

Meredith Hearn currently serves as Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Bumble Inc., starting in September 2023, after previously holding the position of Financial Reporting Manager at YETI from February 2016 to October 2023. At YETI, responsibilities included leading the preparation and filing of SEC documents, managing SOX internal controls, overseeing audits, and contributing to ESG committee activities. Prior to YETI, Meredith held various roles in financial reporting, including detailed work on S-1 filings and equity accounting. Earlier experience includes positions at Deloitte, where Meredith worked as an Audit Senior, and at Texas State University as a Graduate Assistant. Meredith earned a Master of Accountancy in Accounting from Texas State University in 2012.
