Fernando Zanetti

Fernando Zanetti is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as VP and Deputy General Counsel for South America at Bunge since March 2008, Fernando also holds the position of Legal and Compliance Director. In addition, Fernando is a Board Member at Fundação Bunge since January 2022. Previous roles include Senior Legal Affairs Manager at Pfizer from August 2004 to October 2007 and legal affairs positions at AkzoNobel from 1999 to 2004. Fernando's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Law Degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, among other qualifications in civil procedure and international business contracts.
