Currently serving as Head of UX Consultancy at Bunnyfoot since March 2021, Stephen oversees a group of expert consultants focused on diverse user experience methodologies. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Head of User Experience at Santander UK from June 2011 to January 2021, where recruitment and development of the organization's first user experience team were key responsibilities. Stephen's background also includes roles such as Senior Digital Product Development Manager at Citi Group and Head of Product at Egg, complemented by experience as a Senior Product Manager and Change Manager.
