Jim Nolan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer (Interim) and People Director at Bupa Health Insurance, the largest privately-owned health insurance provider in Australia, Jim oversees the management of HR strategies for a significant workforce. Prior roles include Director of Talent & Capability at Cleanaway Waste Management, Vice President of Global Talent & Organisational Capability at Orica, and Director of People & Culture at AMP. Jim's career began at Barclays, leading to various HR leadership positions at GE and GE Money, which culminated in a strong foundation in HR management and organizational development. Jim holds a Master's degree in HR from The University of Huddersfield.
