Michelle Karolik is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in customer engagement and loyalty marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Engagement at Bupa since September 2022, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Marketing Manager - Loyalty at ANZ from May 2021 to March 2023. Michelle's extensive experience also includes managerial roles at Medibank, Coles, Crown Resorts, MYER, Marks and Spencer, Abbey, and Diners Club International, spanning over two decades. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing, HR, and Tourism from Swinburne University of Technology, along with a VCE from Caulfield Grammar School.
