Rebecca Carlton

Rebecca Carlton (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as the Global Talent & Performance Manager at Burberry since December 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca was with Marks and Spencer from September 2015 to December 2022, where positions included Talent Partner, HR Business Partner, and Talent Manager, focusing on retail talent strategy and early careers programs. Rebecca began a career at Marks and Spencer through the HR Graduate Scheme after completing a BA in Business Studies with Professional Experience at the University of Hull. Additional educational experiences include attending HAN University of Applied Sciences and schooling at Ackworth School and Wakefield Girls High School.
