Eliel Cotz

Eliel Cotz currently works as a Financial Management Analyst at the Bureau of Labor Statistics since November 2023. Previously, Eliel served as a Program Analyst with the U.S. Department of the Interior from April 2023 to November 2023 and as an Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery) at FEMA from January 2020 to April 2023, focusing on Disaster Recovery Centers. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Assistant, Admissions Assistant, and Researcher at the Askew School at Florida State University from August 2017 to August 2019, an Event Assistant for the City of Duluth from September 2015 to July 2016, and a Tourism Intern at Visit Natural North Florida from October 2014 to April 2015. Eliel holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Public Administration from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
