Hao Duong

Hao Duong is a Labor Economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics since 2009, contributing to the Division of Labor Force Statistics by providing information on the US labor force, employment, and unemployment. Previously, Hao held the position of Economist in the Division of Data Development and Publications, where responsibilities included developing computer systems for monthly estimates from the Current Population Survey and managing user services related to data processing and dissemination. Prior experience includes serving as Distribution Manager at The Daily Californian from 2006 to 2009, ensuring timely distribution critical to the organization’s success. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a minor in City and Regional Planning, and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Level 3 certification in Wine Education from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
