Doug Howard

Doug Howard is a seasoned petroleum engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Petroleum Engineer at the Bureau of Land Management since January 2020, Doug has previously held key positions such as Vice President of Operations at Koch Exploration Company LLC and Director of Operations at Koch Petroleo Brazil. Doug's career began at Marathon Petroleum Corporation as a Petroleum Engineer, followed by roles including District Engineer at Bow Valley Oil and Gas and District Manager at Linmar Energy Corp. Doug's foundation in the field was established with a Bachelor's degree in Fuels and Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah John and Marcia Price College of Engineering, completed in 1979.
