Kirsty O'Donohue is an experienced leader in strategy and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Strategy Integration at the Bureau of Meteorology since February 2021. In this role, Kirsty is responsible for developing and implementing strategic solutions and enhancing the Bureau's foresight capabilities. Previously, Kirsty held the position of Manager of the Enterprise Project Management Office at the Bureau from 2017 to December 2020, where the focus was on providing strategic guidance across projects and programs. Kirsty's background includes significant roles at the Fair Work Ombudsman, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing project delivery and stakeholder engagement to managing a website transformation initiative. Additionally, Kirsty has experience in the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection and the Workplace Authority, where leadership and management of large teams and caseloads were pivotal. Kirsty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and German from the University of Melbourne.
