Steve Kotaidis is an experienced IT and Service Management professional with a strong background in Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, and Configuration Management. Currently serving as ITSM Operations Manager at the Bureau of Meteorology since October 2019, Steve is responsible for maintaining the Change Management policy and providing escalation support for issue resolution. Prior experience includes roles as Operations/Service Delivery Manager and Change & Release Management Group Manager at Fujitsu Australia Limited, along with significant contributions in service assurance at Australia Post and various managerial positions at ANZ Bank. Steve holds a Trade Technical degree from Caulfield Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Business Administration from Deakin University.
