Zhoe Jess

Zhoe Jess currently serves as the National Strategic Content and Media Manager at the Bureau of Meteorology, a position held since July 2022. Zhoe also has extensive consulting experience as a Communications Consultant at ZAP Consulting since September 2012. Previous roles include Head of Media and Public Relations at Kangan Institute and Manager of Strategic Communications at Victoria University within the Office of the Vice Chancellor. Further experience includes serving as Communications & Policy Manager at the Victorian Healthcare Association and Communications Manager at Murray PHN. Early career roles consist of Head of School at Bendigo Regional Institute of TAFE, Teacher at William Angliss Institute, and Education Manager at Sunraysia Institute of TAFE. Zhoe holds a Master of Arts from Swinburne University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education & Training from La Trobe University.
