Joshua Carpenter

Joshua Carpenter is a seasoned professional with significant experience in personnel security and management. Currently serving as the Lead Personnel Security Specialist at the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement since August 2014, Joshua has spearheaded the development of a new Case Management System, integrating multiple software systems into a cohesive platform. Previous roles include transitioning tax operations to digital formats as a Tax and Accounting Manager at Capital Advisory Services, LLC, and serving as a Special Education Teacher and Project Manager in the U.S. Air Force, where responsibilities included overseeing law enforcement and security functions. Joshua holds an MBA in Finance and an MPA in Public Administration, complemented by a BA in Political Science with a focus on International Relations.
