Yvonne Busisiwe Kgame

Yvonne Busisiwe Kgame is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, media, and consulting. Currently, Yvonne serves as a member of the Female Wave of Change Circle of Wise Women and chairs the Ithemba Educational Trust for Bureau Veritas Group. As the Director of YBK Consulting (Pty) Ltd, Yvonne focuses on unlocking individual potential through dynamic solutions. Yvonne's previous roles include leadership positions at the South African Broadcasting Corporation, where impactful educational content earned over 150 awards, and as a commissioning editor at Macmillan Education, contributing to the publication of significant educational resources. Yvonne began her career as a teacher at Kagiso Secondary School, teaching English, Biology, and Economics. Yvonne holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts from Stellenbosch University and various honors degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
