Aiko Kemper has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aiko most recently worked at Burg Group, where they served as the Head of Product Development for the Syrups department. Prior to that, they were a Member of the local Management Team at Burg Siroop B.V. Aiko also held roles as an Operational Team Lead and a Product Developer in the R&D department of Syrups.

Before joining Burg Group, Aiko worked at TCA Aarlanderveen, where they held positions as a Board member and Tournament commissioner. Aiko also worked as an Account Manager at LEDSgoGREENER, specializing in LED-alternatives for lighting.

Early on in their career, Aiko gained experience at Verweij, de Echte Bakker as the Head of Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Inventory Management. Aiko also worked at Bakkerij Augustinus in production for their bread bakery and at Banketbakkerij Mens in confectionery production.

Aiko Kemper's education history is as follows:

- From 1998 to 2002, Aiko attended Groene Hart Lyceum where they completed a MAVO degree in the theoretical learning path.

- In 2002, Aiko enrolled in ROC Leiden and pursued an MBO degree in Brood en Banketbakker (Bread and Pastry) with a specialization in Brood en banket/Patissier. This program lasted until 2004.

- In 2004, Aiko continued their studies at ROC Leiden and completed an MBO degree in All-Round Brood en Banketbakker (All-Round Bread and Pastry) in the field of Ambachten, volkskunst en artisanale kunsten (Crafts, folk art, and artisanal arts).

- Aiko attended NBC Wageningen in 2007 and obtained a certificate in Praktijkbegeleider als Coach (Practice Supervisor as a Coach).

- In 2009, Aiko obtained a certificate in 'Werken met flexBase' (Working with flexBase) from NBC Wageningen.

- From 2017 to 2018, Aiko studied English Grammar in Use, CAMBRIDGE through In-Company Talen.

- In 2018, Aiko pursued Leidinggeven zonder macht (Leadership without power) in the field of Operationeel manager (Operational Manager/Operations Management) at SUAS - A Schouten & Nelissen Company.

- In 2019, Aiko obtained a certificate in Situationeel leidinggeven (Situational leadership) in the field of Operationeel manager (Operational Manager/Operations Management) from SUAS - A Schouten & Nelissen Company.

- Aiko attended HAS green academy from 2020 to 2021, where they earned a degree in Food Science and Technology with a specialization in Levensmiddelenchemie L3 (Food Chemistry L3).

- From 2021 to 2022, Aiko pursued a degree in Food Science and Technology with a specialization in FOOD TECHNOLOGY NIVEAU NLQF 4 (FOOD TECHNOLOGY LEVEL NLQF 4) at LSBL.

Additionally, Aiko obtained several certifications from New Heroes, including a Badge for 'Leerreis Teamcultuur en Teamontwikkeling' (Learning Journey Team Culture and Team Development) in August 2019, a certificate for 'Leerreis Creatief Denken' (Learning Journey Creative Thinking) in June 2019, and a certificate for 'Leerreis Mindmappen' (Learning Journey Mind Mapping) in April 2019.

The classic cleaning vinegar belongs to the wide assortment of cleaning products we offer, such as cleaning vinegar gels and sprayers, or special cleaners for the bathroom, kitchen, windows and mirrors. Syrups We are proud of our delicious syrups with a great many surprising flavours for children and adults to enjoy every day. Burg Group stands out by making syrups organic and natural, with less calories and with the finest flavour. What is in the syrups is stated in all honesty. We supply fruit cordials in all flavours and compositions imaginable. In addition, we have sugar-free syrups, concentrated juices, ice tea, vegetable syrups and fruit mixes in our assortment.
