ABOUT THE POSITION

Head of Production Engineers at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

Your role will be to lead the production processes team, responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the production department, maintaining product quality control, and managing production processes effectively. Your goal is to optimize production speed, implement innovative solutions, and ensure that every product meets the highest standards. This is a dynamic and responsible position that requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to make quick and precise decisions in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate process engineers and technician teams
• Define, develop, and achieve the goals of the engineering team
• Improve and optimize production processes
• Collaborate across different departments
• Establish, track, and implement key performance indicators
• Solve technological challenges and integrate innovations
• Introduce and coordinate new products in production
• Develop new processes (equipment, location, workflow)
• Work closely with a team driven by a passion for growth and innovation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Engineering degree;
• At least two years of experience in process management
• Experience in team coordination
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency in using CAD software
• Strong data analysis skills
• Knowledge of the latest industrial technologies

SALARY: starting at 3306-4206 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
