Karen Mintz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as VP, Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at Burgundy Asset Management Ltd. since April 2022, Mintz previously held senior roles at Fengate Asset Management, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President, Legal and Vice President Legal from January 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes an attorney role at Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers from January 2009 to December 2017, and an associate position at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from September 2003 to July 2008. Mintz holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
