Geneva Fernandez

Geneva Fernandez has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Operations Systems & Training Manager at BurgerFi since January 2012, where responsibilities include assisting on initiatives and managing Steritech Food Safety Assessments. Prior to this role, Geneva held various positions including General Manager at IHOP Restaurants from August 1998 to November 2009, focusing on recruiting, hospitality training, as well as marketing and sales efforts. Geneva earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University - College of Business between 1992 and 1996.
