Joanna Monaghan

Joanna is a director in the firm’s corporate finance team, based in the Edinburgh office. She has a broad experience of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate restructuring, and works with clients across a range of sectors including financial services, food and drink, sport and renewable energy.

As well as transactional work, Joanna provides advice and support to clients on various corporate and commercial matters including corporate governance, company law and company secretarial matters, and produces, and advises on, a range of commercial contracts for clients.
